Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods
Cyber’s Emporium primarily ships using UPS Ground. Estimated delivery time is typically (2–5) business days within the United States. Customers may select upgraded shipping options at checkout when available.
Free Shipping
Cyber’s Emporium offers free standard shipping on qualifying orders that meet the store’s free shipping threshold. Orders below this threshold will have shipping calculated at checkout.
Tracking
All orders include tracking information. Customers will receive a tracking number via email once their order has shipped.

All orders ship from Illinois, United States.
Signature Confirmation
Orders with a higher declared value (typically $500 or more) may require signature confirmation upon delivery to ensure secure arrival.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. Cyber’s Emporium is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery times are the responsibility of the shipping carrier. If a package appears lost or delayed, please contact Cyber’s Emporium and we will assist with filing a carrier investigation when applicable.
Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged, please contact Cyber’s Emporium within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist with a resolution.
